Deadly Debate

When it comes to a lively and fierce debate

The US definitely takes the argument cake

And when it comes to owning firearms

Both sides argue and try to outcharm

For those who shoot for the fun and thrill

There are videogames, with cheaper bills

And while I am okay with guns for hunting

Guns from the army, I will keep shunting

And while many believe guns keep them safe

Even as others look bitterly down and chafe

By allowing everyone to own a nice fancy gun 

They are arming crooks, the safety now undone

Consider the many congressman we put in place

The very ones who say they want us to be safe

For as they yell and bicker about this hot debate

All children wait, wait for their walls to be strafed
